Occasionally there may be information on EliteAutoStyle.com that may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. Unless otherwise noted, all materials, including images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, video clips, and written and other materials that are part of this Site (collectively, the "Contents") are copyrights, trademarks, trade dress, and/or other intellectual property owned, controlled, or licensed by Elite Auto Style. The Site as a whole is protected by copyright. This Site and all its Contents are intended solely for personal, non-commercial use. You may download or copy the Contents and other downloadable materials displayed on the Site for your personal use only. No right, title, or interest in any downloaded materials or software is transferred to you as a result of any such downloading or copying. You may not reproduce (except as noted above), publish, transmit, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, sell or participate in any sale of, or exploit in any way, in whole, or in part any of the Contents, the Site, or related software.

Shipping

Most orders will be shipped out within 3-5 business days after receipt of payment. In the event if the manufacture does not have your product in stock, it may take 1 to 3 weeks before your item is shipped out. Upon receipt of payment from you, we guarantee that your order will be processed and will be shipped to your PayPal verified address but in the event that your order gets lost, stolen, damaged, delayed or confiscated while in transit we offer no refund / return policy on your money. Please note that the shipping fees do not include brokering fees, customs duty or applicable taxes.    We have had much success shipping overseas, but we wanted to make you aware of the risks involved and give you the opportunity to make your own decision as to whether you wish to continue with your order.

Installation

We are not held liable for any loss(es), injuries and/or any claims that is denied by your no-fault insurance carrier because of the product or part that you buy from us. You are voluntarily, intelligent and knowingly installing products and parts which may or may not be street-legal or DOT-approved on your vehicle and you are doing so at your own risk. We are not responsible and shall not be held liable if your no-fault insurance carrier does not cover your claim or claims filed against you for operating an illegally-modified motor vehicle or if you cause injury or harm to another motorist or vehicle or property. We strongly recommend all electrical, mechanical or cosmetic products to be installed by trained, licensed professionals. Do NOT buy from us if you do not accept this term and condition! No exceptions! You are modifying your vehicle at your own discretion and at your own risk!

Indemnification

The Buyer shall at its own expense apply for and obtain any permits and inspections required for the installation and/or use of the products. Seller makes no promise or representation that the products or services will conform to any provincial, federal, state or local laws ordinances, regulations, codes or standards, except as particularly specified and agreed upon in writing by an authorized representative of Seller. Seller shall not be responsible for any losses or damages sustained by the Buyer or any other person as a result of improper installation or misapplication of the products. Buyer shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless Seller and its agents and employees against any loss, damage, claim, suit, liability, judgment or expense (including, without limitation, attorney's fees) arising out of or in connection with any injury, disease or death of persons (including, without limitation, Buyer's employees and agents) or damage to or loss of any property or the environment, or violation of any applicable laws or regulations resulting from or in connection with the sale, transportation, installation, use, or repair of the products by Buyer or of the information, designs, services or other work supplied to Buyer, whether caused by the concurrent and/or contributory negligence of Buyer, Seller, or any of their agents, employees or suppliers. The obligations, indemnities and covenants contained in this paragraph shall survive the consummation or termination of this transaction.

Products

All merchandise should be checked immediately for damage upon arrival. Elite Auto Style cannot be held liable for damage or loss to a shipment by couriers or from customer abuse. Claims for damaged products, suspected damages, or container shortages must be noted on the courier's delivery receipt. The Couriers Claims Representative should be notified immediately by the customer. All damage products must be reported to us within 24 hours after receiving.

Refunds & Exchanges

All sales are final unless stated otherwise in the description. We can only give refunds or exchanges for human error, or manufacturer defect. Please read the description and ask questions before bidding or buying.  We must be contacted before return, and a Return Merchandise Authorization Number must be given before returning the item. Items returned that do not have a proper RMA number will be returned or destroyed. All returns or exchanges must be in the same condition as delivered. All accepted returns will be refunded only the item amount and will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges, no refunds will be issued for any shipping charges whatsoever (incoming or outgoing)! All used products are sold as is! All deposits for items are non-refundable. Elite Auto Style shall accept no responsibility, claim, refund or exchange for any used item.

ELITE AUTO STYLE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY DUTY TO UPDATE OR REVISE THE MATERIALS ON THIS SITE, ALTHOUGH ELITE AUTO STYLE MAY MODIFY THE MATERIALS AT ANY TIME WITHOUT NOTICE.
